Carpenter Duties Pricelist
Our fee structure is designed to fit your needs, whether it’s small repairs or a bigger project you wish to accomplish. Small repairs are charged for a half day or a full day fee. Projects are charged by the hour.

☑ Half-Day - €220
For smaller handyman’s chores, a minimum half-day rate applies. We will invoice a €220 (4 hours) rate for a half day of work. The half-day fee applies to one person on location.
☑ Full-Day - €340
For handyman’s chores that take more than 4 hours a full-day rate of €340 applies with a maximum of 8 hours of work. For any work exceeding 8 hours in a day, the hourly rate will apply, with a minimum of €40 per hour. The full-day fee applies to one person on location.
☑ Hourly Rate – €40 >
For projects our regular hourly rate typically ranges from €40 to €55 per hour, depending on the nature of the task. This rate covers the full scope of duties required to complete the assignment effectively. The hourly fee applies to one person on location.
Pricing Approach
The following services are considered when providing a price estimate and during the project implementation. Some of these services may be billed at a reduced hourly rate, depending on the total hours needed to complete the assignment. Client Communication: Discussing project details and clarifications.
Material Research and Sourcing: Identifying and procuring necessary materials.
Supply Purchases: Time spent obtaining supplies for the project.
Workshop Preparation: Setting up equipment and tools for efficient workflow.
Travel Time: To and from the project site.
On-Site Work: Time spent executing tasks directly at the project location.
Additional Costs and Exclusions
Not Included:
VAT: Depending on the job, VAT is applied at either 9% or 21%.
Additional Costs:
Additional Team Members: If the assignment requires more team members, they will be billed at Hugo’s rates.
Travel Time: €20 per hour.
Fuel: €0.22 per kilometer.
Trailer Use: The per-kilometer rate is doubled when a trailer is used.
Material Costs: The price is charged according to the current in-store pricing for the day.
Hired Machinery: The price is charged according to the current in-store pricing for the day.
